BO1 AG developed the Paydentity app and payments, credit and identity check at the Point of Sale. With this in mind, management required a KPI framework to enable monitoring operations, performance of the business in the form of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Within this project, I gathered the requirements, defined and designed a North Star Framework for the business, collected the data points and fields that were required to compile the metrics, modeled the data in Power Query and created management reports and dashboards in Power BI.
